The Fit Test Kits can be used for all makes of FFP1 FFP2 FFP3 and Half Masks in line with COSH (Control of Substance Hazerdous to Health) and the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) regulations for the mandatory testing of respiratory protective equipment. (RPE).
As per HSE guidelines the Face Fit Test Kits ensure that the most suitable mask RPE is selected for the wearers face. If an employee wears more than one tight fitting facemask, each face mask will need to be face fit tested.

We would be more than happy to do this for you at your office or site. Each face fit test takes approximately 20 minutes per test. This service includes a full qualitative fit test in accordance with the guidance notes HSE 282/28.

The nebuliser creates a small mist the testing solution to determine if a complete seal is present between the mask and the users face. This fit test can be performed on all tight-fitting respirators (with exception to full-face masks) and maximises an individuals safety in the workplace.
