Sundström SR 507 Compressed-Air Supply Regulator

The compressed air regulator enables certain Sundström facepieces to be utilised as either a protective mask using compressed air supply or a powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR).

The SR 507 provides a continuous airflow with compressed air where enhanced protection is required for applications involving heavy-duty sustained work particularly toxic environments or where pollutants have poor warning properties.  

Suitable for use in potentially explosive or flammable environments.

Designed as a regulator for:

  • Sundström hoods SR 520 / SR 530 / SR 561 / SR 562
  • Sundström Visors SR 570 / SR 540 EX / SR 580 / SR 584/580
  • Sundström SR 900 half mask

 Included:

  • Flowmeter
  • Warning whistle for temporary & continuous airflow monitoring
  • Belt mounted control valve

  • Airflow rate: 175-260L/min
  • Working pressure 5-7 bar (500-700 kPa)
  • Assigned protection factor (APF): 40 (3A, 3B)
